Individual Therapy
Private therapy fees are:
Clinical Psychologist - $280/hr
Registered Psychologist - $240/hr
Provisional Psychologist - $160/hr
Family Support Officer - $110/hr
Youth Mentor - $110/hr
Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates are accessed with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral from a medical practitioner, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.
With a valid MHTP, a Medicare rebate of $98.95 (Registered Psychologist) or $145.25 (Clinical Psychologist) is available.
The cost of an Adult Autism assessment is $1,500 - this is a single clinician assessment.

The cost of a Child Autism assessment is $1,800 - this is a single clinician assessment.
​To asesss for both Autism and ADHD, the cost is $2800 (child) and $2500 (adult).
NDIS
We accept NDIS plan-managed or self-managed participants.
For plan-managed participants, the current NDIS fee for psychology is $232.99 per hour.

For self-managed participants, the fee per hour is $280 (Clinical Psychologist) or $240 (Registered Psychologist).
​
For a dual assessment with a psychologist and a speech pathologist, the fee is $2400. We recommend dual assessments for all children under 10 years of age.
Private Health Insurance
Some Private Health companies cover psychology services. The rebate amount depends on your Private Health provider and your level of coverage. We encourage you to check with your individual provider to determine what rebates you will receive prior to attending your session.
Payment Policy
For therapy sessions, full payment is due on the day of the appointment.

We accept Private, Medicare and NDIS funding.

For Assessments, payment is due in installments. Please refer to our assessments page for further information. ​
Cancellation Policy
For therapy sessions, we kindly request at least 48 business hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
​Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the appointment fee.

For Assessments, we kindly request 7 days notice for cancellations or reschedules.
​
​Cancellations and rescheduling of assessment appointments with less than 7 days notice will incur a cancellation fee.
​
A cancellation policy is set in place, which reflects the time that your psychologist sets aside for your appointment. Your cancellation notice would be much appreciated, as this can enable us to provide services to other clients who may be in need of an urgent appointment.
